I havent made any cards for a while now, but needed to make one for my Hubby, and what easier way than to use Greetings Card Factory, not one of my best efforts, but he loved it anyway. :))
I really should try to find my mo jo, but it has been missing for quiet a while now, and I think I just needed a break, hopefully it won't be too long before I get it back, and start again :)

at last my garden is showing signs of waking up, not a lot to show yet, but a few of the early bloomers :) I made the most of the lovely spring weather to get out in the garden, a bit of tidying up done, a few photos taken, and quiet a lot of just sitting in the sunshine! lol

Hope you all enjoy seeing my little corner of the world, thank you for looking.

Same Rose, but different days..............................

These two sheets are made using the same Rose image, but I used a bit of imagnation, and a bit of PSP to get the different effects
The original Rose was a peach colour, but as you can see it can even be changed to white in PSP.

I hope you enjoy using them, any comments you would like to make are always appreciated.

Backing Sheets, Mothers Day & Spring.........................

Backing sheets made by myself in PSP9, with Mothers Day, and Spring in mind. The scrolls, flowers, and trees are all my own work, (with the exception of the small white daisies, that are a PSP Tube, and the butterflies that are a PSP Brush) everything else was made by myself with the help of PSP9.
Any comments are always appreciated, any questions please leave me a message, and I will get back to you.

Two new cards...............................at last!

Made in GCF, I cut each layer seperately, and added sticky pads to lift the layers, it's for our Son Alan, I always get stuck for what cards to do for our Sons, just hope number 3 Son likes it!

This one is for a friends Anniversary, made with my Butterfly sheet (see next post down) I used stickles on the butterflies, and they do look much nicer in real life!
It was quiet a nice quick card to make, I wasn't sure if I should cut the butterflies out, and deco them, but I did, and was quiet pleased when it was done.
I have since made the Butterfly Sheet a bit deeper shade of blue.
Hope you like the cards, and the sheets too :))

Another made in PSP9, but a little different this time, made with Mothers Day in mind, but can be used for any occasion.
Hope you like them, and that some of you will find them useful.

A few cards............................

The lilac card, and the pink card were both made using the same image, all I did was change the colour of the rose in PSP, so what started out as a peach colour rose, has since been used in lilac, pink, peach, white, and a pale cream too, amazing what you can do with PSP, and a bit of know how! lol

Hannah Montana card, actually looked much better in real life than it does as a picture, think my camera was having a bad day! lol
This was made for my chocoholic Son, and by all accounts he loved it, I bet the chocolate wasn't on the card for long! lol
Hope you like my cards, thank you for looking
Bye for now

Deep, and crisp, and even! .........................

The new Bird Feeding Station, and Nesting Box, a Christmas Present off our Son, and Daughter in Law, also a feeding bell there too, bet the poor birdies wont even see it in this snow! lol

Remember my Cherry Tree? well here it is with no Cherries!!! lol
This photo reminds me of a Thomas Kincade painting with the way the lights are shining on the snow, taken at 8am this morning before it got light.

Last but not least, part of our back garden, looking as nice as everyone elses garden now lol

We have had snow, and ice over the last two weeks, but not as much as this!
It started snowing last night about 9pm, and it has snowed on, and off since then, I would say about 6" to 7" so far, and still snowing!! (2pm)
At the rate it is going, I think I will hibernate till the Spring comes! and after my fall two weeks ago, I managed to slip again this morning just taking the newspapers to the bin in the garden, a matter of about 6ft! brrrrr it's cold sat in that deep snow! lol
I was very lucky that I havent done myself any serious damage, but I have definitely decided not to go out again!!!

On the bright side, at least I wont be short of winter pics for my Christmas Cards this year! lol
Take care everyone in this awful weather, wrap up warm if you do have to go out, and stay safe!
Bye for now
